By using KutKup you confirm you are 16 years or older and understand that readings are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings do not predict future events with certainty and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Nature of the service

We interpret photographs of your Turkish coffee cup using a combination of tradition-inspired guidance and AI-assisted analysis. Interpretations are subjective by nature.

What we don't do

We do not make claims about health, safety, legal matters, finances or the actions of third parties. If you are unwell or in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Photographs

Your photographs are stored privately and used only to generate your reading. See the privacy notice for details.

Subscriptions, changes and cancellation

Memberships (KutKup Circle, Continuum and Inner Cup) renew automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. You can change your plan, update your payment details or cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your account, which opens our secure payment provider's billing portal.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your plan's features until that date and are not charged again. Upgrades between tiers take effect immediately and are pro-rated by our payment provider; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Refunds for already-generated readings and completed billing periods are handled under our refund policy.

One-off purchases (a single reading or a Companion pack) are not recurring and do not need to be cancelled.
