Refund policy

If the quality of your photographs prevents a meaningful reading, you are not charged. If a paid reading fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side, we will refund it in full.

Because readings are personal and delivered digitally, we do not otherwise offer refunds once a reading has been generated.
